Context
In 2027, Plan Bleu, a French non-profit organization (law 1901) and a Regional Activity Centre of UNEP/MAP, will celebrate its 50th anniversary. To mark this occasion, a major institutional event will be organized (scheduled for June 2027, with approximately 150 participants expected). It will be held in conjunction with our annual Ordinary General Assembly (OGA). A hybrid press conference, strategic roundtables, and a celebratory cocktail reception will be organized.
Preparing an event of this scale requires significant coordination, logistical organization, and the production of communication content. This volume of activity exceeds the current operational capacities of the team, which must simultaneously ensure the continuity of its ongoing missions in communication, mobilization, and the organization of technical workshops.
To ensure the success of this anniversary while maintaining the daily operations of the organization, the Communication / Mobilization department and the Management department, specifically the Executive Assistant in charge of event logistics, require temporary operational support.
We are therefore seeking to recruit an intern for a six-month period, starting on January 11, 2027.
