This final report compiles the outcomes of the four stakeholder engagement workshops for the Coastal Management Plan and the Climagine methodology in Kotor Bay. These workshops were conducted by the Priority Actions Programme Regional Activity Centre (PAP/RAC) and Plan Bleu, from December 2021 to July 2023, in the main municipalities of the Bay. The report also provides observations on the implementation of the Climagine methodology at this pilot site, highlighting the challenges encountered and the successes achieved. Furthermore, it proposes recommendations for the future application of this methodology at other sites to promote sustainable coastal management in the face of climate challenges.
