Plan Bleu is pleased to announce that the Horizon 2020 WaterLANDS project, of which we are a partner, has been launched. Funded through the EU Horizon 2020 Programme Green Deal, The five-year project will tackle large-scale wetland restoration in Europe. Plan Bleu will be involved in WP3 “Aligning Governance” through activities aiming at identifying the policy and governance conditions that contribute to the success of the development and implementation process of ecological restoration of wetlands and associated ecosystems and in WP7 “Communication, Dissemination, Data and Knowledge Management and Exploitation of Results” through Policy Outreach, Advocacy and Event organizing at Mediterranean and European level.
