François Guerquin graduated from the French Polytechnic School, and the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD). Earlier in his career, he was the Director of International relations at the “Eaux de Marseille” Group. He was then appointed Executive Secretary of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Advisory Board on Water and Sanitation (UNSGAB), before becoming the Science-Policy Director of the Wetlands Ramsar Convention.
Mr François Guerquin has extensive experience on water, biodiversity and sustainable development at international level. We are proud and delighted that he is now joining Plan Bleu.
