Plan Bleu is launching the first edition of its new online webinars : “LES RENDEZ VOUS DU PLAN BLEU”.
The theme of this webinar will focus on reducing pollution in the Mediterranean and will take place online on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
Experts will illustrate this topic through the designation of the Mediterranean Sea, as a whole, as an Emission Control Area for Sulphfur Oxides (Med SOx ECA). This new proposalinstitution was agreed uponadopted by all the Ccontracting Pparties toof the Barcelona Convention in December 2021, during COP22.
For this first session, Plan Bleu has partnered with the Mediterranean Regional Centerfor Emergency Responseto Accidental Marine Pollution (REMPEC) to present the program below:
