Nelly Bourlion, graduated as an Agronomy engineer in 2010 from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse, has a MSc. in Economy from the South Dakota State University obtained in 2012.

She worked two years in the performance evaluation team in the GEF Evaluation office in Washington DC, and two years as a research associate in the Economics Department of the South Dakota State University.

She currently works at Plan Bleu as a program officer for Forest Ecosystems and Biodiversity. She is in charge of the FFEM project called “Optimizing the production of goods and services by Mediterranean forests in a context of global changes”.
