As a consequence, the definition of the framework must consider the existence of the existing systems managed by theUNEP/MAP RACs in order to gather socio-economic and environmental information for the coastal zone indicators but also to use their respective indicators in a synergic approach (link with deliverable 1 on parameters to monitor good environmental status of coastal zone).
