Application of a method for the assessment of coastal risks in the Var department within the framework of the Var Coastal Management Programme (PAC-VAR)

The general objective sought by the application of the coastal risk index is to identify the portions of the Var coastline “at risk” in terms of the impact of climate change on coastal areas and the results should make it possible to support the decision-making process in terms of adaptation to climate change.
