Building on the Mediterranean scenario experiences: cross-cutting approaches between regional foresight analysis and participatory prospective

In the context of the PEGASO project funded by the European Union (EU), Plan Bleu drafted this technical report. After a quick overview of the methodology used to define regional scenarios, this report proposes a synthesis of existing foresight analysis in the Mediterranean.

Conference “Environment and development in the Mediterranean yesderday, today and tomorrow” on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Plan Bleu

More than 130 participants have gathered in Paris, on 5th June 2018, on the occasion of Plan Bleu’s 40 years anniversary, during the international conference, organized jointly with the Association Serge Antoine. Experts, decision-makers, representatives of national, European and Mediterranean institutions, and members of the civil society discussed the Mediterranean issues and possible futures.
What prospects for the Mediterranean?

On December 5th, 2016, 23 Mediterranean foresight experts gathered in the premises of CIHEAM in Paris for a workshop aiming at exploring possible approaches and modalities for a new foresight exercise on environment and development in the Mediterranean.
