The Mediterranean Biodiversity Protection Community celebrated a three-day encounter in Malaga (Spain) in October 2019 to share and discuss effective actions towards “Ecosystem Based Adaptation: A Pulse for Transformative Changes in the Mediterranean”.

The Community has led the development of the “Mediterranean Declaration for an Ecosystem Based Approach”, a common vision for joint action to better manage our natural resources and reduce the multiple pressures and their impacts on Mediterranean biodiversity.
