{"id":7624,"date":"2019-07-23T16:54:09","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T14:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/planbleu.org\/event\/blue-and-green-growth-joint-event-transition-towards-blue-and-green-economies-in-the-mediterranean\/"},"modified":"2020-06-02T21:03:03","modified_gmt":"2020-06-02T19:03:03","slug":"blue-and-green-growth-joint-event-transition-towards-blue-and-green-economies-in-the-mediterranean","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/planbleu.org\/en\/event\/blue-and-green-growth-joint-event-transition-towards-blue-and-green-economies-in-the-mediterranean\/","title":{"rendered":"Blue and green growth joint event \u00ab Transition towards blue and green economies in the Mediterranean \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the 19th-20th of September in Brussels, the InnoBlueGrowth project which leads the Blue Growth Community, whose Plan Bleu is partner, celebrated its final event in a joint event with the Green Growth Community, aiming at discussing the key elements necessary for a \u201cTransition towards blue and green economies in the Mediterranean\u201d.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px; height: 234px; float: right; margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/planbleu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/CD_Blue_Green_Growth_Joint_Event.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the 19th-20th of September in Brussels, the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/planbleu.org\/fr\/activites\/projet-une-economie-bleue-pour-une-mediterranee-en-bonne-sante\/innobluegrowth-projet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/planbleu.org\/fr\/activites\/projet-une-economie-bleue-pour-une-mediterranee-en-bonne-sante\/innobluegrowth-projet\">InnoBlueGrowth project<\/a><\/strong> which leads the Blue Growth Community celebrated its final event in a joint event with the Green Growth Community. The objective was to raise awareness on how the integration of both blue and green economies can support a more sustainable development of the Mediterranean, to share policy recommendations, knowledge and good practices as well as to develop networks.<\/p>\n<p>This event was structured on two days of sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a first day devoted to the Blue and Green Communities main policy recommendations and the interaction with policy-makers on the basis of the Communities\u2019 findings and good practices.
