16th Meeting of the Mediterranean Commission on Sustainable Development (MCSD)

From 9 to 11 June 2015, the Moroccan government kindly hosted the 16th Meeting of the Mediterranean Commission on Sustainable Development (MCSD) in Marrakesh. The main goal of this meeting was the endorsement of the revised Mediterranean Strategy for Sustainable Development (MSSD 2016-2025) following the comments addressed by the participants at the Conference on the Review of the MSSD held in Floriana (Malta) on 17-18 February 2015.

European Maritime Days 2015

Athens, Greece, 28-29 May 2015:Plan Bleu took part in this event as PERSEUS project partner on « Policy Oriented Marine Environmental Research in the Southern European Seas »; a booth - dedicated to this project - presented the overall work and tools produced, notably the « Adaptive Marine Policy Toolbox ». This toolbox - developed under Plan Bleu’s coordination – provides assistance to decision- makers in building adaptive marine policies thus aiming to the good state of marine ecosystems.
